It is with great enthusiasm that I greet you in the name of Omega! This letter is to inform the undergraduate Basileis of the process of making room reservations for the upcoming Fall Council meeting in Merriville, Indiana on October 29, 2011. There will be four Basileis assigned to a room. Because the District and the host chapter, Alpha Chi will subsidize the cost of the rooms, each chapter will send a check or money order made payable to Tenth District (in the memo section please list your chapter name). The chapter’s portion will be $27.72 per night. Your payment must be mailed to the attention of Brother Taurese Edge (reference below) and received no later than October 25, 2011.
