Brothers of the Talented Tenth District,
It is my pleasure to serve as your 10th District Achievement Week Chairman for the 2015-2016 cycle. Four International Achievement Week Awards representing the Talented 10th District last cycle and we are only getting better thanks to your continued excellence at the Chapter Level. Just a quick reminder that all Form 77 submissions are due by midnight, February 19, 2016. All Form 76A Years of Service Awards and Lifetime Achievement Awards are due by midnight on February 26, 2016 as well. Note: Form 77 submissions should reflect the cycle year November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015.

The Committee’s purpose is to administer uniform Fraternity-wide criteria for the Achievement Week Awards that are comprised of the following: • Omega Man of the Year (Graduate and Undergraduate) • Founders, Award • Superior Service Award • Colonel Charles Young Military Leadership Award • Citizen of the Year • Undergraduate Chapter Advisor • Graduate Chapter of the Year (Large) • Graduate Chapter of the Year (Small) • Undergraduate of the Year
This also includes the nomination, selection and documentation required for these awards to be consistently administered at the chapter, district and international level. The ultimate objective is to produce nominees of the highest qualification that support the award criteria and ideas of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
