The Brothers of Chi Lambda Lambda Chapter and I look forward to hosting the upcoming 80th Annual Tenth District Convention, April 6 through April 9, 2017. The Convention will take place at the HOLIDAY INN MATTESON, 500 Holiday Plaza Drive, Matteson, IL 60443. The cost for the rooms will be $99.00/per night plus tax and there is a link later in the email. NOTE: Please enter in the information being requested. If you were initiated PRIOR to 4/30/2016, you are no longer a New Initiate. “New Initiate” will only apply to those initiated after the 79th Tenth District Convention.
Form36A will be sent to all Chapter KRS for the Credentialing and is due by no later that March 24, 2017. All brothers expected to be credentialed are as follows: Current Elected District Officers, the District Marshal, Past District Representatives, State Representatives, Current Standing Committee Chairs, Chapter Basileus (will be present), Chapter Delegates (up to two), and Chapter Alternates (up to two). You must be registered and credentialed in order to vote – NO EXCEPTIONS! Early registration will run from now through January 31, 2017. The Early Registration fee for Undergraduates is $125.00 and for Graduates is $175.00. Regular Registration will run from February 1, 2017 through March 24, 2017. The Regular Registration fee for Undergraduates is $125.00 and for Graduates is $225.00. Late/On Site Registration will run from March 25, 2017 through April 8, 2017. The Late/On Site Registration fee for Undergraduates is $150.00 and for Graduates is $250.00. Included in the registration are 2 meals (Undergraduate Luncheon and Founders Banquet) and a gift bag which includes souvenir, report booklet and souvenir booklet.
